Privacy Policy
At Joxilvo S.R.L. we handle the personal data of our users with professional care, following the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, General Telecommunications Law No. 164 and internationally accepted best practices for data protection. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it and which rights you have over it in 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Joxilvo S.R.L., NIT 460218027, with address at Av. San Martín Nro. 155, Torre Ekipetrol Building, Floor 8, Santa Cruz de la Sierra. You can reach us at contacto@joxilvo.com for any privacy-related question.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to provide through the contact form: name, email address and the message you write. In addition, with your consent, we may register technical data such as truncated IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data to answer your commercial enquiries, to send you information about the crowdlending real estate projects you request, to improve the site, to comply with legal obligations and to prevent misuse of the platform.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, specific and informed consent, on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you and on Joxilvo's legitimate interest in maintaining and protecting the platform.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We share only strictly necessary information with technology providers that operate under a data processing agreement (email, hosting, analytics, advertising) and with Bolivian authorities when there is a formal legal request.
6. International transfers
Some of the services we use, such as email or advertising platforms, process data outside Bolivia. In those cases we require contractual clauses that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the one we offer locally.
7. Retention
We keep your data only for the time strictly needed to attend your request and to comply with accounting or regulatory duties. When the purpose no longer exists, data is blocked and then securely deleted.
8. Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, ask for its deletion, object to certain processing activities, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@joxilvo.com. We will reply within fifteen business days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic audits, to protect information against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the applicable regulation change. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.
