These Terms govern the use of joxilvo.com and of the information services regarding real estate crowdlending that Joxilvo S.R.L. makes available to the public in 2026. By browsing the site or sending us a message you accept these conditions.
1. Who we are
Joxilvo S.R.L. is a Bolivian limited liability company, registered at FUNDEMPRESA under number 00485712 and holding tax ID (NIT) 460218027. Its head office is located in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
2. Purpose of the site
joxilvo.com provides general information about the real estate projects we finance through crowdlending, allows you to understand how the service works and to request commercial contact. The site does not by itself constitute a public offer of investment.
3. Permitted use
You may browse, read and share the content for personal and non-commercial use. It is forbidden to try to breach the security of the site, to extract data automatically without authorisation or to use the Joxilvo brand without prior written consent.
4. Investment risk
Any participation in crowdlending projects involves risk, including the possibility of losing part or all of the contributed capital. Historical or estimated returns do not guarantee future results. Before investing it is essential to read the specific documentation of each project.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and graphic elements of the site are owned by Joxilvo S.R.L. or its licensors. Reproduction, total or partial, without express authorisation is forbidden.
6. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the site up to date and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors, interruptions or occasional inaccuracies. To the maximum extent allowed by Bolivian law, Joxilvo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
